It’s not one long track, though one could be forgiven for thinking so. This time around, the blues has more bite, Plant is less irritating, and Page plays nicer with the other voices. So I’m struggling to place why this is less rewarding than their debut. “Moby Dick” should be played on a stage, not in a studio, and my two favorites are not true originals. Kudos to Willie Dixon and Howlin’ Wolf.
